VISA

If you must apply for a temporary non-immigrant visa to the ECC 2013, you are advised to apply as soon as travel to Switzerland is contemplated and not later than 3 months in advance.

APPLY EARLY! The congress secretariat offers an official letter of invitation for 2013 Meeting attendees. The letter of invitation, though not required for the visa application, can assist as a supporting document. Present this letter of invitation from ECC to the consular officer during the visa interview. This letter by no means guarantees admittance into Switzerland, but can provide compelling evidence for immigration officials to consider.

To request a personalized invitation letter – please fill in here

The deadline for requests is May 19, 2013. Requests will be processed as soon as possible for the ECC 2013 Meeting and the completed Letter of Invitation Request form.
